You can celebrate the New Year at Dromoland Castle with a choice of one, two or three-night packages. Available from December 29 to January 2, the New Year Three-Night Package includes three nights’ accommodation in a Queen Anne Bedroom, with prices starting at €600 per person based on double-occupancy. The two-night package is available from December 30 to January 3 with a choice of dates for your two-night stay and pricing from €465 to €650, per person. The one-night New Year’s Eve Package is featured for the night of December 31; pricing begins at €300 per person.
Each New Year Package includes the signature annual New Year’s Eve Gala Black Tie Ball. The evening’s festivities begin with a cocktail reception, followed by a bagpipes processional to the spectacular stone terrace for a fireworks display over the waters of Lough Dromoland.
Dinner, held in the spacious Brian Boru Hall, features wine and a 10 course menu specially created by Executive Chef David McCann. A live band provides music for dancing and entertainment until the traditional champagne toast at the stroke of midnight; the celebrations continue with a DJ through the dawn of the New Year.
These special packages also include a full Irish breakfast daily; with the two and three-night packages, dinner at Dromoland Castle Hotel is included on the remaining evenings.
